What is HPLM?

Put simply, it's the highest power to weight ratio you will find in a industrial vacuum designed for dust control. With 690 CFM and 110" of lift, this vacuum machine weighs in at just 208lbs. That is 70% lighter than other industrial grade vacuums with similar performance. The 3690 will supply all the power and vacuum you need in a light weight portable package, saving time and money.

The 3690  patented Pulse-Bac technology keeps the filters clear and suction consistent. It incorporates our Revolution 360 Bagger Cart, allowing the user to move the vacuum around the job site with ease and dump dust and debris without stopping production or turning off the machine. In addition, the 3690 comes with a new remote control on/off feature, a updated Easy Empty Dump Valve, a Tank Capacity Sensor and our exclusive Cyclonic Debris Management system.

The 3690 can collect large amounts of dust generated by surface preparation equipment like floor grinders and polishers, floor sanders, shot blast machines, concrete cut off saws and the like. It can be a dedicated dust collector for a one process machine in a manufacturing or industrial production setting, like sanding, grinding or abrasive blasting, capturing minerals and silica dust, carbon black or toner dust, plastic and composite dust, as well as talc and food additives to name but a few.  Bigger is not better, it is just heavier, with the 3690, lighter and smarter make for a better dust collector!

Introducing the newest addition to the Pulse-Bac line of dust collection solutions the 576. With 176 CFM and 97in of lift this little powerhouse is an industrial strength vacuum in a compact, portable package. The 176 CFM of airflow meets the OSHA Silica Rule, Table 1 requirement of 25 CFM per inch of blade for 7" tools. High airflow combined with the 97 inches of lift means this model really punches above its weight.

Self-Cleaning Technology

Everyone has dealt with the trouble that a clogged vacuum filter creates, it takes up valuable time and creates a mess. Pulse-Bac solves this problem with our patented Automatic Pulse-Clean Technology™ that automatically cleans the filter while you work. Others may claim to have "automatic" or "pulse" filter cleaning, but look closely and you ll see that they fall short of the original, requiring extra equipment like air compressors or manual gadgets that require work to stop for filter cleaning. These don t truly solve the problem and make for more work. Only vacuums with the Pulse-Bac® name use our unique technology to automatically clean the filter while you work.

Tri-Glide Dolly

Many 500 Series users call this the Glider due to the smooth action the 3 Non-Marking Casters provide. Some even use it to safely glide the vac across uncured concrete when doing soft cuts. A great option that fits all 500 series units.

Cyclonic Debris Management

The Cyclonic Debris Management system comes standard on all vacuum tanks, extenders and preseparators. The CDM systems works with our pulsing technology and prevents upwards of 90% of dust and debris from ever reaching the filter. The CDM system stops dust and debris from constantly cycling up to the filters and holds it at the bottom of the tank until discarded.
